Pumpkin Spicle Latte Recipe
You can blend all ingredients in your mug or on the stove top. If you’re looking to take things next level, heat everything on the stove top and gently stir while coffee brews. Fill you coffee cup half way up. Tap into your inner barista & pour into your coffee. The fiber in the pumpkin will naturally create a delicious, foamy texture.
BONUS: This recipe is only 100 calories, depending on the milk you use. I created this recipe as a healthy alternative with real pumpkin for a former client 8 years ago. She had gained 14 pounds in the 1st month after Corporate Bucks did their annual PSL launch.
Pumpkin Spice Blend Recipe
Place all the above spices in a small mason jar or the such & shake it up.
