Foods rich in beta-carotene, the precursor to vitamin A, are incredible for soothing and healing. They’re a must for every pain sufferer, except those who genuinely dig being in pain. If you like pain hate carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin and all their yellow, orange, red and dark green produce section friends. Eating orange produce items on a regular basis helps reduce joint pain, headaches, migraines and skin breakouts.
This unexpectedly RIDICULOUSLY delicious carrot soup recipe does NOT disappoint. It can’t. You’re too busy having your mind blown clear across the known Universe by its deliciousness. The ingredients don’t sound like they match, but I tell you what they do.
I threw in my Lucky Iron Fish, Ferrous Bueller, because this recipe is absolutely perfect for his iron enriching goodness. It’s loaded with beta-carotene, vitamin C and liquid based.
